  3.                         POLICY ENFORCMENT

  5. Discipline of Participants

  7. Determinations are made on a case by case basis by the Moderator.
  8. In the event of a violation, the moderator will contact the Sysop
  9. of the offending user and ask that access to this conference be
  10. denied him.  Further violation may result in cutting this
  11. conference feed to that BBS.
  12.  
  13. Ninety (90) Day Probation

  15. Revoked priviledges will be reinstated only upon completion of
  16. the following:
  17.  
  18. 1.  Participant must wait ninety (90) days from timestamp of
  19.     notice of revocation before requesting reinstatement.
  20. 2.  Participant must netmail a REQUEST FOR REINSTATEMENT to the
  21.     Open Bible Moderator (please place in title of netmail).
  22. 3.  Within the Request For Reinstatement, participant must
  23.     include the following statement and promise to uphold it:
  24.  
  25.     "I promise to adhere to the Open Bible Policy, or permanantly
  26.     forefeit my priviledge to post in this conference."

  28. Complaints/Greivances from Participants
  29. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  30. Posting complaints in the conference is a grave violation.  All
  31. complaints are to be lodged privately with the Moderator.
  32.  
  33. If you have access to netmail, send netmail to 1:100/519.
  34.  
  35. If you do not have access to netmail, do the following:
  36.  
  37. 1.  Logon and register as a new user at 314-394-6522.
  38. 2.  Logoff and you will be prompted to leave a message to the
  39.     Sysop.
  40.
